DELIVERY
Please note that we need 10-15 working days to make your order. If it is very important for you to have it sooner please get in touch.
Orders are send with Royal Mail, or DPD to ensure the best possible shipping rates for our customers.
Where an item is tracked a number will be issued with the dispatch notice.
Our standard shipping rates are:
UK - £11
Rest of the world - £18
We are unable to combine shipping on separate orders.
We reserve the right to change shipping courier at any time and without notice. Outlying territories are not considered part of a shipping zone.
Please note that we are obligated under the law to declare full value of the wrap on the export documents and the custom fees is customer sole responsibility.
RETURNS
All the wraps are cut and made up to order so we are unable to accept the returns if the item isn't faulty.
Also, all exclusive pre orders, semi customs and mystery boxes are non-returnable. If you feel there is a flaw with your product, please contact Customer Services (info@marisso.co.uk) where we can help
resolve any issues.
RETURNS DUE TO FAULT
Please contact us before returning goods due to fault, including a description of any faults you find, and if possible, send us a photo.
Please use a standard service if returning goods and obtain proof of postage.
Any returned goods must be in new, unused and re-sellable condition, and in their original packaging. If you are returning an item please ensure there is suitable compensation in case of loss or damage. We are unable to refund an order before it has arrived with us, or if it is soiled or damaged. Once received at HQ,
Any faulty goods will either be replaced or, if you prefer, you will receive a full refund, as well as a refund on your return postage costs providing you meet our requirements. All returns are checked before a decision is made to issue a refund. We are unable to issue refunds to any other account.
Only items purchased direct from Marisso Slings are covered by this policy, and proof of purchase will be required when processing returns.
Please check your item before wash.
We won't accept returns of washed items.
PAYMENT PLAN T&C
1. The wrap is sent after the whole payment is complete.
2. The deposit is non-refundable as when you pay the deposit I will cut and make your wrap and it's just waiting for your final payment to be sent.
3. You need to pay off the wrap within 6 months unless we agree otherwise. After this time we reserve the right to put the wrap in the shop and sell to someone else.
