Orders are send with Royal Mail, or DPD to ensure the best possible shipping rates for our customers.
Where an item is tracked a number will be issued with the dispatch notice.
Our standard shipping rates are:
UK - £11
Rest of the world - £18
We are unable to combine shipping on separate orders.
We reserve the right to change shipping courier at any time and without notice. Outlying territories are not considered part of a shipping zone.
Please note that we are obligated under the law to declare full value of the wrap on the export documents and the custom fees is customer sole responsibility.
Before you return any goods to us, you must notify us by email, stating the order number and reason for the return.
You have a period of 14 days after the date on which you receive the goods to return them at your cost and receive a full refund of the purchase price. For sale items and 2nd grade or other special offer goods, you have a period of 7 days from receipt of the goods
to return them to us.
Any returned goods must be in new, unused and re-sellable condition, and in their original packaging. If you are returning an item please ensure there is suitable compensation in case of loss or damage. We are unable to refund an order before it has arrived with us, or if it is soiled or damaged. Once received at HQ, we will inspect the wrap, and all being well, we will then refund the cost of the wrap, minus shipping cost to you, back via the original payment. We are unable to issue refunds to any other account.
Please note: Exclusive pre orders, semi customs and mystery boxes are exempt from this policy and are non-returnable. If you feel there is a flaw with your product, please contact Customer Services (email@example.com) where we can help
resolve any issues.
RETURNS DUE TO FAULT
Please contact us before returning goods due to fault, including a description of any faults you find, and if possible, send us a photo.
Please use a standard service if returning goods and obtain proof of postage.
Any faulty goods will either be replaced or, if you prefer, you will receive a full refund, as well as a refund on your return postage costs providing you meet our requirements. All returns are checked before a decision is made to issue a refund.
Only items purchased direct from Marisso Slings are covered by this policy, and proof of purchase will be required when processing returns.
Please check your item before wash.
We won't accept returns of washed items.
